Terms & Conditions – GRIPIT

1. Introduction

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. It governs your use of our platform – the website www.gogripit.com, its mobile application “GRIPIT,” and related services (together referred to as “Platform”).

By accessing the Platform or using any services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Platform. If you are under 18, access must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we discover you are ineligible.

3. Your Account

When you create an account with us:

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and updated information.
  • You are solely responsible for any activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any misuse or violation of our policies.

4. Platform Usage

You agree not to use the Platform:

  • For any illegal, unauthorized, or abusive purpose.
  • To infringe intellectual property rights.
  • To upload viruses, malicious software, or spam.
  • To collect or track personal information of others.

We reserve the right to restrict or revoke access to users found violating our terms.

5. Order, Pricing & Payment

A. Order Placement

Placing an order on the Platform constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

B. Pricing

Prices listed are in INR and may change without notice. In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

C. Payments

We accept payments through:

  • UPI
  • Net Banking
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Online transactions are processed via secure third-party payment gateway Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India through our in-house team and authorized 3rd-party logistics partners.
  • Estimated delivery timelines are shared during checkout but may vary due to external factors (weather, logistics, etc.).
  • Delays do not entitle the user to any compensation, although refunds are processed in case of non-delivery.

7. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

  • You may request a replacement for damaged or defective products, subject to inspection.
  • Order cancellations are allowed before dispatch. If the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
  • Refunds for cancellations or failed fulfillment will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Products eligible for replacement must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.

GRIPIT reserves the right to reject return/replacement claims that do not meet the above criteria.

8. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of GRIPIT or its partners. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

GRIPIT shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use.
  • Delay or failure in delivery due to third-party logistics or force majeure events.
  • Product misuse or damages not caused by us.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Platform may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of these sites. Any interaction with external websites is at your own risk.

12.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

13. Amendments

GRIPIT reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted implies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
